Determination & Perseverance

Similarly to Exercising, pushing yourself through the hard times in life will only make you Stronger. Determination and Perseverance are two essential ingredients to Overcome the difficult times and also grow in an extremely Positive Direction. It is common for some people to struggle with having the Motivation to Exercise. They always say afterwards how glad they are that they pushed through their struggles. They also say they feel much better and relieved afterwards. Tough times are not easy, but each time you battle something hard, you will learn how to approach the situation differently for next time. Also, learning from previous experiences will decrease the duration of difficult times. If you are battling something currently, don’t be afraid to ask family and/or friends for help. It is always helpful to have someone to talk to about what you are going through and to feel their love and support. Don’t quit before the miracle happens. “This too shall past.” I hope you have a great, strong day!

 

 

Setting Yourself Up For Success

Start off the week in a Positive direction. In order to Achieve your Goals, try to set smaller goals to set yourself up for Success. While receiving a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences, I specialized  in Sport Psychology and Goal-Setting is a huge component of that. I have helped Numerous Clients with setting and surpassing their Goals. Set SMART goals; Specific, Measurable  Attainable, Realistic, Time-realistic. Setting SMART goals will allow yourself to attain the ultimate goal that you are trying to reach and will also build your Confidence while you are succeeding. Try to do something different this week than last week to make for an even better future. Progress, not perfection! I hope you have a great start to a great week! 🙂 Achieve Believe Succeed 

 

Set Time Aside for Yourself

Set time aside for a workout. Even with your very busy schedule, try to get a workout in for a healthier future. This doesn’t mean working out for hours, but there is always time to take care of yourself if you want to live a long healthy, happy life. It is much easier to make excuses, then to actually decide that “I do have time today that I can squeeze in a workout.” A helpful strategy that I use is that I block off time in my calendar each day for a workout. It really helps if you plan ahead. I look at my schedule Sunday night and decide when I have some time to workout. Choose to do something for yourself and you will ultimately feel better. Try this strategy this week, even if it is only for one day. One workout a week to start, is much better than no workout! Have a great rest of the weekend!

Keep things simple! It is very easy to complicate things in life. It is no secret that if you do some form of Exercise and eat Healthier, then you will feel better and have more energy! Making Dreams a Reality

Wake up today and make your dreams a reality! It takes action to accomplish your goals. So instead of thinking about “oh how great that would be,” try thinking “I really pushed myself and accomplished something I never thought possible!” Try it today, what do you have to lose? Never look back with any regrets. Know that you did the best you could and took risks. It is better to take risks, than to never even try to do something. Just getting to the start line of a race is a success compared to not even trying. This is not a easy task to do, but I believe in you and know that if you give it your best effort towards reaching your goals, then you WILL succeed! If you do this, success is the only option. Believe in yourself today and know that the choice is always up to you. Choose to make your dreams a reality and have a successful day!
