Start off the week in a Positive direction. In order to Achieve your Goals, try to set smaller goals to set yourself up for Success. While receiving a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences, I specialized  in Sport Psychology and Goal-Setting is a huge component of that. I have helped Numerous Clients with setting and surpassing their Goals. Set SMART goals; Specific, Measurable  Attainable, Realistic, Time-realistic. Setting SMART goals will allow yourself to attain the ultimate goal that you are trying to reach and will also build your Confidence while you are succeeding.
