Inspiring Client Text Message

What an awesome way to wake up this morning! One of my clients that I have been working with for over 3 years sent me a text message.

“I am building a life that’s full of Love, Happiness, and Physical and Mental Strength. It may take time to achieve all of it, but I’m on my way. In order to stay on track I’m focused on the end result and I feel more prepared for what lies ahead of me. Thanks so much for your support Aaron!”

If that doesn’t scream Achieve Believe Succeed, I don’t know what does! Clients don’t realize that as much as I help them, they also help me out as well! Thanks everyone and have a great day!

Age is Just A Number

age is just a number

I found this picture online and was so blown away by this older gentleman’s physique that I wanted to let you know that age is just a number. No matter what his age is, his physique is very impressive. Age is not an excuse to not exercise or pursue your dreams! It is never too late to make a change in your life. I have a few 80+ year old clients and they work out 3-4 days a week and keep improving. As long as you keep believing in yourself and know there is always room to grow, you will keep improving for the rest of your life.  Having the will to succeed and people around you to help encourage you will ultimately lead to the life you always dreamed about. “No excuses, just choices.” – a great quote by Christopher Thomas (One of the best elite amateur triathletes in the country) Check out Chris’s race blog at http://teamtimex.timexblogs.com/author/christopher-thomas/ . Have a great day!

Allow Yourself to be Great

Walls you build

In every aspect of your life, if you believe that you can accomplish something, then the possibilities are endless. In regards to FITNESS, have confidence that you will achieve your goals (i.e., lose 5 pounds). It will take hard work and determination, but it WILL happen. Success is reached when you have a positive attitude and belief in yourself. Don’t set limits. Allow yourself to be great! Be kind to yourself today and know that I believe in you and that you will surpass your goals. Have a great positive day today!

Endorphins are my Favorite Snack

Instead of snacking multiple times throughout  the day, replace one of those snacks with a 10-15 minute walk. Not only will this be a healthier option, but it will also break up your hard work day by doing something for yourself. If you are thinking  that walking for that short amount of time won’t be beneficial, then you are sadly mistaken. A 10-15 minute walk will  help you relax and feel more refreshed afterwards. This will ultimately lead to a better mood and better performance at work. It will also speed up your metabolism to burn calories and get you in better shape. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a delicious snack to me! Enjoy!
