Happiness comes from within. If you are always trying to impress others, then it is very difficult to be comfortable with who you are. Believe in yourself and do the best you can. Try not to compare yourself to others and work on improving yourself as an individual. It will create a happier, healthier life. Be proud of who you are today. Have a great day!

Start Today for a Greater Tomorrow

The hardest part for most people is just getting started. So many of my clients always tell me that just getting to the gym is so difficult for them. They also say that once they come to the gym and start working out, that they always feel better. I strongly believe that having a good support system in place always helps with starting something and staying committed; whether it be working with a personal trainer and/or working out with a buddy. I also always hear from clients that once the workout is over that they always feel better and more energized afterwards. Try to push yourself to start something today and you will feel great afterwards. Especially with the holidays coming up, getting on a good routine will help you keep off the extra holiday pounds and go into the new year in better shape. Start something today for a greater tomorrow. Have a great day!

 

HAPPY Monday

Good Morning!  Instead of waking up Monday morning dreading the day,  look at it as an opportunity to conquer something new this week. It is your choice how you get out of bed this morning. Instead of saying “bad case of the Mondays”, try saying “I can’t wait to have an excellent start to a great week!” This may sound difficult, but it is definitely possible. Have a great Monday making it the best Monday ever! Enjoy! 🙂

Inspiring Client Text Message

What an awesome way to wake up this morning! One of my clients that I have been working with for over 3 years sent me a text message.

“I am building a life that’s full of Love, Happiness, and Physical and Mental Strength. It may take time to achieve all of it, but I’m on my way. In order to stay on track I’m focused on the end result and I feel more prepared for what lies ahead of me. Thanks so much for your support Aaron!”

If that doesn’t scream Achieve Believe Succeed, I don’t know what does! Clients don’t realize that as much as I help them, they also help me out as well! Thanks everyone and have a great day!

Age is Just A Number

I found this picture online and was so blown away by this older gentleman’s physique that I wanted to let you know that age is just a number. No matter what his age is, his physique is very impressive. Age is not an excuse to not exercise or pursue your dreams! It is never too late to make a change in your life. I have a few 80+ year old clients and they work out 3-4 days a week and keep improving.
